I am so glad you are here. I am Lauren and I have been painting professionally for the past 9 years but a creative my whole life. I am the grand-daughter of a folk artist and spent my childhood writing poetry, short stories, drawing and painting.

Out of college I started working at a major cosmetics company in Corporate Communications but returned to my love of the arts after having our first daughter. I also am a rare disease advocate and parent as my son is affected by a rare genetic disorder. I co-founded a non-profit to raise money for research about his condition in 2019 and run the charity to this day.

I am many things….an artist, a mother expecting baby #4, a wife to the man I fell in love with as a boy in high school and a parent advocate raising a child with unique needs. It is the life experiences both good and challenging that have shaped my artistic journey. I have always felt that art should bring joy and energy into your home. Art is powerful both for the artist creating it and the person observing it.

I have participated in several major art shows in NJ and Long Island as well as having sold in a number of home decor shops in NJ and the Hamptons.

**Art is magic….it has the power to transform. For me it is healing, it is energizing, it is freeing.
